By nurturing the growth and maturity of young individuals, CYF empowers them to live out their faith authentically and become agents of positive change.

MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

 Mental Health Program:

​

Workshops and seminars on mental health and wellbeing: Participants will engage in sessions that promote self-awareness, stress management, and emotional intelligence, equipping them with tools to maintain a healthy mindset.

​

Peer support networks and counseling services: Importance Leadership will collaborate with mental health professionals and create a supportive environment where participants can share their experiences and receive guidance.

​

Wellness activities: The program will incorporate practices such as mindfulness, yoga, and arts-based therapies to foster participants' overall mental and physical well-being.

Leadership Training Program:
